When doing S&C you should especially focus on running - either long runs (ex. 5km) or short sprint intervals. Running develops your stamina and enables your muscles to not tire so themsleves so much. Always remeber to have time for breaks so your body can rest. For keeping progress you can use many apps (ex. Strava which is amazing for runners)
Your runs dont always have to be the same length. Find what distance is comfortable to run at and then try to challenge yourself to run more.
